Nestled amongst the lush jungle, Chena Huts Yala are consider to be Sri Lanka’s premium game reserve. Inspired by age old farming traditions whereby the farmers would sleep next to their crops, the huts have the appearance of simplicity but have luxurious touches, such as plunge pools, beautiful bath tubs and are secluded within their landscape.
DESCRIPTION
The 14 huts are located close to the Yala National Park, however you will often find the local wildlife walking around the resort. The in house rangers and staff will accompany you around the resort in case of an unexpected encounter. The contemporary safari huts are dome shaped with thatched roofs, joined by boardwalks.
The food in the resort combines healthy ingredients with a fine dining menu. If you are looking for something romantic there are several locations around the resort that are perfect for a private dining experience.
